
Roger Goldenberg earned a B.F.A. in 1991 from the University of New Hampshire and an M.F.A. from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro in 1995. He taught painting and drawing at the University of New Hampshire from 1995 to 1999 and Figure Drawing at Sanctuary Arts in conjunction with the New Hampshire Institute of Art. Roger has taught children's workshops, work-shopped with Seacoast Outright and collaborated with Mimi White teaching at-risk teen girls for the Artists in Reach program. Goldenberg served for three years as vice-chair of Portsmouth New Hampshire's cultural commission, Art-Speak. He shows regularly in Boston's South End, Cambridge, MA and extensively throughout New England. His work is in the permanent collections of children' museums throughout the United States, including the Portsmouth Children's Museum and The Children's Museum of Maine in Portland, ME. Currently Roger teaches printmaking workshops at his Portsmouth studio.
