Stained glass painting is an ancient technique where stained glass paint is applied to glass and then permanently fired in a kiln. This intensive workshop is designed as an introduction to glass painting for the true beginner, no experience in painting or stained glass is necessary. Using guided projects, students will learn the fundamentals of selecting paints & brushes, mixing paint, tracing, matting, shading, highlighting, silver staining, and how to fire in a kiln. The materials fee includes a complete painting kit with brushes, paints, and glass.
