Do your brilliant beginnings with watercolor too often get worse as you go, becoming muddy, overworked, and unfocused? We’ll go through a handful of practical working techniques and learn some basic exercises that will immediately give you more control and confidence. We’ll discuss paper, brushes, and the rest of your equipment. We’ll learn tips to better predict just what color ends up on the paper, and how to make all your colors work together. We’ll go over the basics of composition and perspective, and we’ll discuss working methods that will help you find happy accidents without making a mess. You must have had some watercolor experience.
