Over 3 days of plein air exploration, immerse yourself in the beauty of nature as we learn to interpret the majesty of trees in oil. We’ll explore a process for creating layered paintings while on location. Various techniques from capturing light and shadow to creating depth and texture will be presented. Students who have attended Drawing Trees in the Landscape will have an opportunity to use their drawings to aid in the creation of their paintings.
